Chromebooks

Good afternoon families,

A few students are bringing home their school Chromebooks this weekend to finish typing the final copies of their Summer Recount writing assignments.

Please review the following details regarding device safety and usage:

  • Why work is coming home: Chromebooks are only sent home when a major assignment is due and additional time is needed.

  • Device availability: These students indicated they do not have access to a device at home to complete their work.

  • School Policy: If your child does have access to a home computer or tablet, they should leave their assigned Chromebook safely at school to prevent loss or damage.

Thank you for your support with keeping our school tech safe!

Hello and welcome to the Class Blog!

This blog is another place for us to stay connected. You can check here for important reminders, curriculum updates, and a glimpse into our classroom.

Our first week will be all about community building and settling in. We'll spend time getting comfortable with one another and going over our classroom expectations. We'll also kick off our first writing task by sharing stories from our summer adventures.

Today, students will be bringing home their new agendas and a classroom newsletter from me! Binders, notebooks and textbooks will stay at school unless students have homework or need to study.

Looking forward to a great year!
